What is Resilient Mind, PLLC, and what services do we offer?

Resilient Mind,  provides online counseling and coaching services tailored to teens (ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-25). We specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, self-discovery, and support for neurodivergent-affirming care. Services include counseling and support for personal development. 

What makes our approach unique?

Our approach is holistic and offers specialized support for  neurodivergent-affirming care. We use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create personalized plans that address each individual's needs. We aim to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. We also offer personal development coaching.

What is personal development coaching?

Personal development coaching focuses on helping individuals set and achieve personal goals, improve self-awareness, build confidence, and overcome obstacles in both their personal and professional lives.

How can personal development coaching benefit me?

Do we work with parents or guardians?

Yes, we provide resources and guidance for parents and guardians who want to support their teens or young adults.

Do we offer in-person sessions, or are your services online only?

Currently, all our services are provided online, making it convenient for teens and young adults to access support from the comfort of their own space. Physical location coming soon.
